Community across the world. The Holy Quran says: “And hold fast to Allah’s rope all together, and do not be divided.”[30] Holding fast to the rope of Allah is a duty for every Muslim. But, the Quran does not suffice itself to ordering us to hold fast to Allah’s rope, rather it to hold on to it as a group; everyone must hold fast together. This unity is another obligation. Hence, in addition to holding fast to the rope of Allah, a Muslim must hold fast to it with other Muslims. |
